Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Scoop small portions of dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten them.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes and allow the cookies to cool completely.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two cookies and gently press together. Sprinkle the edges.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving
Easy Patriotic Fruit Pizza Dessert

Instructions
- Prepare the blue gelatin according to package instructions and pour into clear plastic cups until about one-third full. Refrigerate until set.
- In a bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water, then stir in sweetened condensed milk to create the white layer.
- Pour the white layer over the blue gelatin and refrigerate again until firm.
- Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to package instructions and pour it on top as the final layer.

Ingredients
| 1 cup strawberries | 1 cup blueberries | 1 cup vanilla yogurt |
| 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup | 1/4 cup water |
Instructions
- Add the strawberries and 1 tablespoon of honey to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds until they are about one-third full. Freeze for about 30–40 minutes until slightly firm.
- In a bowl, stir the vanilla yogurt until smooth, then carefully spoon it over the strawberry layer. Freeze again for another 30 minutes.
- Blend the blueberries with the remaining honey and water and pour it mixture over the yogurt layer to fill the molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
- Run warm water over the molds before removing the popsicles for serving.

Instructions
- Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange a single layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream. Break the crackers as needed to fit the pan evenly.
- Spread another layer of whipped cream over the crackers, while adding sliced strawberries and blueberries over the cream.
- Repeat the process until the dish is filled, finishing with whipped cream and extra strawberries and blueberries on top.

Ingredients

Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs
- And add the softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix it until smooth and fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, and dip each truffle into the chocolate.
- Melt red and blue candy melts separately and drizzle them over the coated truffles.
- Add sprinkles and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes or until fully set
4th of July Marshmallow Pops

Ingredients
| Large marshmallows | 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts | Red, white, and blue sprinkles |

Instructions
- Insert a lollipop stick or paper straw into each marshmallow and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, coating it evenly.
- Shake off any excess chocolate before placing the marshmallow back onto the parchment paper.
